Applicants who are applying for the Premedical/MD program, MD program, and transfer students my apply via the online application or via a hard copy which can be mailed. The application process is broken down as follows:

1) Download Printable Application: pdf/doc or Online Application

2) $50.00 USD Non-refundable application fee (made payable to Xavier Admissions) (admissions@xusombonaire.net)

3) Current resume or CV

4) Official or Copy of transcripts from all institutions attended

5) Two letters of recommendation (written by professionals and/or Medical Doctors only)

6) Official Interview – to be scheduled upon completion and return of all above documents

Please note that upon acceptance into the Xavier University School of Medicine, Bonaire, you must apply for a student visa from the government of Bonaire. This process can take up to one month so plan your application accordingly.

Details on how to apply for the student visa will be provided upon acceptance into the school.
